Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general residential plumbing services to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on every interaction.
  • Diagnose problems, estimate repair costs, and provide value-added communication with customers.
  • Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
  • Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide customers with proper care and maintenance instructions, and explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort products and services.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

What We're Looking For:

  • A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance Home Comfort.
  • A 306A Apprentice License/Certified Plumber, mandatory.
  • Level 5, 4, or 3 Apprentice Plumber, or 5+ years' experience in the plumbing field.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Physical ability to perform all work required of this position.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
