We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Advisor. As a key member of our Customer Care and Happiness Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, chat, and email.
  • Engage with customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their happiness.
  • Cross-sell Rumi's diverse range of services to ATCOenergy customers, promoting our offerings and driving business growth.
  • Manage personal KPIs to support overall business goals and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Inbound Call Centre software and Salesforce is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of PCs and keyboarding skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Availability to work during hours of operation on a rotating basis.
