Job Summary

Cole Haan LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect products and provide product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time.
