Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Artemis Design Ltd.
About the RoleAs a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to meet business needs
- Plan and organize daily events, including menu planning and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation
- Balance cash and manage finances, including budgeting and cost control
- Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations or management
- Bartender certification and Serving It Right Certificate
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, point of sale systems, and MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. You must be able to work well under pressure and be flexible with your schedule.
What We Offer- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
