Job Title: QA Automation Analyst

At Farm Mutual Re, we're seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Analyst to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute automated test plans and test cases using tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, particularly for new software features and integration work.
  • Manage testing environments and integrate tests into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline to streamline testing and deployment processes.
  • Analyze test results, document software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance testing strategies and tools to improve test cycles and software development outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QA testing role with a strong emphasis on automated testing.
  • Proficiency with automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Jest, and Playwright.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, Agile development, and version control systems like Git.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Some experience with SQL and scripting.
