Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at WESTCORP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide information about menu items, including daily specials
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
