Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at SRA Bonnyville Restaurants Ltd. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Advise on menu selections
  • Balance cash and record sales
  • Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Provide customer service
Work Environment:

As a Server at SRA Bonnyville Restaurants Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Requirements:
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
  • Excellent oral communication skills
