Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Suvnj Hospitality Inc. o/a A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Client focus and excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Supports the social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Provides cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
