Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Corinex Communications Full time
About Corinex Communications

Corinex Communications is a leading Canadian company specializing in grid visibility and flexibility solutions. Our innovative approach addresses voltage imbalances and harmonic distortion caused by the installation of low-carbon technologies (LCTs), ensuring power quality and regulatory compliance.

Our Grid Visibility Solution collects and analyzes key grid parameters, enabling Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) to ensure regulatory compliance while supporting their business strategies. The Grid Flexibility Solution resolves key pain points of grid constraints, preventing end-users from adding more LCTs, which can lead to grid overloads and failures.

Compensation Package

Your compensation will be directly tied to the company's performance, with significant upside potential from the base salary:

  • Competitive Base Salary: $190,000 - $230,000 per year, making you one of the highest-paid CEOs in the industry.
  • Stock Options: Opportunity to earn equity with vesting tied to achieving key milestones, providing a tangible stake in the company's growth and success.
  • Performance Bonus: Attractive bonus structure based on the company's profit and loss (P/L) performance, rewarding your contributions to the company's financial success.
  • Comprehensive Medical Plan: Inclusive healthcare coverage for you and your family, ensuring your well-being and peace of mind.
Job Description

As the Chief Executive Officer, your primary objective is to drive extensive and sustainable growth in the company through innovative technology and strategic business opportunities. You will be responsible for formulating and executing the company's vision, working closely with the Chairman of the Board to ensure its successful implementation.

You will spearhead the company's vision by strategically focusing the organization on high-impact business opportunities, driving growth and profitability. This includes expanding and optimizing the team, ensuring talent and organizational structure support the vision. You will excel in deal-making and negotiation strategies, leveraging expertise to ensure the successful closure of high-value deals that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading sales processes, expanding markets and customer bases, cultivating executive-level relationships, building partnerships, and representing the company to investors. You will also lead the execution of bids and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring they are compelling, competitive, and align with Corinex's strategic goals.

A strong understanding of technology and experience in developing and executing profitable strategies, leveraging market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and achieve long-term success, is essential.

A deep understanding of corporate finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to effectively manage financial resources and make data-driven decisions, is required.
