Community Therapists - Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Comox Valley area. As a Community Therapist, you will work with a diverse group of funders to assist clients with a range of limitations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional assessments and job site visits to identify client needs
  • Develop graduated activity and return to work plans to support client goals
  • Liaise with clients' healthcare teams and payer representatives to ensure seamless care
  • Use exceptional communication and clinical skills to deliver outcomes that change people's lives
Qualifications:
  • Current membership with COTBC or eligibility for registration
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable vehicle for clinical appointments
  • Experience working with agency payers is a strong asset
