- Liaise with clients' healthcare teams and payer representatives to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop knowledge of funder contracts and community resources to facilitate clients' access to appropriate health services.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic strategies to facilitate clients' success.
- A competitive hourly rate of $60.
- A flexible schedule, with opportunities to work Monday to Friday.
- A casual dress code.
