About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our Transit Projects team. As a key member of our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division, you will be responsible for delivering complex integrated transit projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large, complex projects and project teams
  • Develop and implement fundamental design principles to guide projects from conception to implementation
  • Collaborate with practice leaders and colleagues to enhance our Transit Architecture Studio's culture for design excellence
  • Lead Business Development efforts and engage with clients directly
Requirements
  • Minimum University Degree in Architecture and OAA Registered Architect
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in an architectural studio and minimum 5 years' experience in leading project teams and managing large, complex interdisciplinary projects
  • Proven experience as a people manager and leader
  • Expertise in Transit and alternative project delivery models
  • Knowledge of Transit Agency policies around the development of transit stations and transit-oriented communities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
