Aecon Concessions seeks a skilled Requirements Manager to join our team. This position involves managing/administrating requirement tools such as DOORS, DOORS NG, and creating a detailed requirements management process.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in railway projects, including various components/systems that these projects consist of. They should also possess working knowledge of DXL scripting and be able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders in a multi-national project environment.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for:

  • Developing a detailed requirements management process.
  • Managing requirement tools such as DOORS and DOORS NG.
  • Creating a requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
  • Optimizing the requirement processes.
  • Leading change requirement management within DOORS.
  • Able to track requirements through the development lifecycle.
  • Validating specifications and errors in requirement management tools.
  • Providing training on requirements management and other relevant processes.
