Job Description:

HDR is seeking a skilled Specifications Manager to lead our regional specifications team in Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for determining and driving specification goals, establishing and maintaining Canadian Master Specifications, and discovering new products and systems.

About the Role:
• Determine, contribute to, and drive specification goals
• Establish and maintain Canadian Master Specifications for use on corporate level and modify master sections as construction industry changes
• Discover, create, develop, and implement new products, systems, and components
• Gather and promote actions for lessons learned and project experiences
• Assist in hiring and training regional full-time spec writing and support staff

About You:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 10 years experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments
• Good leadership and organizational skills
