About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join BC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, collecting and recording administrative and service fees, and assisting in preparing annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures
  • Hire and train staff
  • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent
