Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at SOP Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff are up-to-date with the latest procedures.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude.
