Mjustco Farm Ltd is seeking a diligent Agricultural Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual with experience in tobacco farming, capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Description

As an Agricultural Specialist at Mjustco Farm Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as harvest them efficiently. You must be skilled in operating farm equipment such as tractors and farm trucks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to distinguish between colors. You should also be physically fit, able to handle heavy loads, and work in fast-paced environments with repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

You will be working on-site at our rural location, where you will be exposed to wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions. This position requires prolonged standing and walking, as well as frequent bending and crouching.

Requirements
  • Experience in tobacco farming or a related field
  • Ability to operate farm equipment (tractors, farm trucks)
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness to handle heavy loads
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with repetitive tasks
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and local market rates.
