Tobacco Farm Worker Job Description

Mjustco Farm Ltd is seeking a skilled Agricultural Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to work on our tobacco farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and be able to handle physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivation and Harvesting: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as harvest crops in a timely manner.
  • Farm Equipment Operation: Operate farm trucks and tractors to ensure efficient crop management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Abilities:
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Ability to distinguish between colors.
    • Attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The work site environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000. Benefits include working on-site and the opportunity to develop your agricultural skills.
