We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of Mobilists and drive sales success. As a Wireless Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives, actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities, and providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities.
- Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to Wireless Sales Representatives.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs, and financial performance.
