Join Our Team as a Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Eaton Centre location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Retail Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
