CDW - Canada is a leading technology solutions provider offering innovative products and services to businesses, governments, education, and healthcare institutions across the globe.

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for project management, execution, and administrative support for our digital marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of the media landscape in Canada, including digital and traditional media, and experience building, optimizing, and reporting on paid ad campaigns on digital platforms such as StackAdapt, Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing specialist and manager to coordinate the creation, development, and day-to-day implementation of marketing tasks related to media planning & ad operations. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create engaging webinar content and other supporting materials.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Executing digital ad campaigns on StackAdapt, including campaign setup, optimization, compliance, budget management, and reporting
  2. Monitoring campaign performance daily and making adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness
  3. Assisting the marketing specialist in media strategy development and improving execution strategies to increase overall performance and efficiency
  4. Maintaining project trackers, invoices, and purchase orders for all paid media activities
  5. Coodinating all aspects of project execution, including building creative development schedules, organizing and collecting information from the Partner team, reviewing ad units, and monitoring and tracking the status of projects from planning to completion

You will also have opportunities to:

  • SUPPORT THE CREATION AND MANAGEMENT OF OUR ANNUAL DIGITAL EVENT STRATEGY FOR CDW
  • MANAGE WEBINAR REQUESTS AND SCHEDULE
  • EXECUTE WEBINARS AND DIGITAL CONTENT FROM BEGINNING TO END

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing
  2. 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, or communications
  3. Comprehensive understanding of media landscape in Canada, including digital and traditional media
  4. Experience building, optimizing, and reporting on paid ad campaigns on digital platforms
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate information and interact with all levels of stakeholders
