Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Manage inventory, sales, and wastage records
- Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations
Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a team player who can work well under pressure. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all staff members are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
