Financial Operations Coordinator

The Sales Accounting Associate is responsible for processing weekly commissions for Field Sales Representatives and addressing related inquiries. Additionally, the role involves processing and providing support for Field Controls-related questions and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of weekly commissions, audit packages, and supporting documents before payroll deadlines.
- Provide regular field phone and email communication and support.
- Participate in commission-related projects and complete reconciliations as needed.
- Deliver field training on commission-related responsibilities.
- Monitor and report irregular or unusual transactions to management.
- Offer support to the field regarding outstanding balances or missing documentation, and investigate issues to provide resolution.
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Continuous improvement advocate.
