Building Construction Estimator Specialist

At Techaid, our client is a well-established company in the management of non-residential building work and renovations. We are currently looking for a seasoned Construction Project Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing bids received, recommending acceptance, and negotiating contracts.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining bid, control, and reporting systems and procedures. Additionally, the individual will prepare cost and expense statements and forecasts for projects. They must also maintain directories of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a DEC in Civil Engineering Technology with AEC Estimation in Construction/Renovation or an equivalent combination. They should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in project estimating for a general contractor. Proficiency in L'Estimateur Général software is required. Knowledge of French and English (technical documentation) is essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated professional seeking a new challenge, please consider this opportunity.
