About the Job:

The Growth Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving Clio's Payments business growth by developing and implementing strategic Go-To-Market programs, initiatives, and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Revenue Operations principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive Clio Payments growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Measure and analyze program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Payments Operations at a software company.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key metrics for Financial Services businesses and/or Payments products.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and in teams.
