AI Trainer and Subject Matter Expert for Electrical Engineering

As a key member of the Alignerr team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the future of generative AI in Electrical Engineering. Our community of subject matter experts relies on talented individuals like you to create high-quality data in their field of expertise, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated content.
About the Role
As an AI Trainer for Electrical Engineering, you will work closely with our team to develop and refine AI models, leveraging your expertise to improve the AI's ability to apply its knowledge to real-world problems. Your contributions will directly impact the advancement of AI in Electrical Engineering, shaping the future of this innovative field.
Your Day to Day
- Educate AI: Analyze and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs related to Electrical Engineering, ensuring the AI's accuracy and ability to reason through complex problems.
- Problem Solving: Utilize your expertise to provide step-by-step solutions and explanations to complex problems in Electrical Engineering, teaching the AI how to effectively reason through these challenges.
- Red Teaming: Identify potential biases, limitations, or inaccuracies in the AI's knowledge base, designing and conducting tests to ensure the AI's outputs are reliable and applicable to real-world scenarios.
Requirements
- Enrolled in or have completed an Associates' degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Possess a strong writing style with excellent English-language spelling and grammar skills.
- Have a critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.
- Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.
Important Information
This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence. International students on a valid visa may be eligible to apply.
