Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Safe Care Home Support. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking, lifting, and positioning.
  • Administer medications and provide first aid as needed.
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship, such as reading, watching movies, or playing games.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including cleaning and disinfecting living areas and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
