Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Safe Care Home Support. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Administer medications and provide personal care
  • Accompany clients on outdoor activities and provide companionship
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
