Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RK Records Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including maintaining accurate records, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
