Job Description

The Donair Shack is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff members who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all meals meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Manage and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Accurately handle cash transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to build strong relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on food service management.
Benefits and Compensation:

This position offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
