Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Quiznos Classic Subs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in food service management to take on a supervisory role and drive success in our fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and maintain high productivity levels.
- SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring quality control standards are met at all times.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to enhance overall performance and minimize errors.
- Determine ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
- Verify that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Respond effectively to customer complaints and concerns, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
- Monitor and record stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage, making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- Publish regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the accurate assembly and delivery of trays and food trolleys, guaranteeing a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 people reporting directly to them, working in a temporary capacity, with English as the primary language of communication. The position requires a minimum of 30-40 hours per week, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
