About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Builden Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction to ensure they are running efficiently.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • The role is physically demanding and requires the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Weight handling is a key aspect of the job, with a maximum weight of 23 kg (50 lbs) to be lifted.
Requirements
  • Steel-toed safety boots are required for this role.
  • Client focus and team player skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Green job - this role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
