Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Doaba Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Oversee the daily activities of construction workers and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: Plan and coordinate the workflow of construction projects, including scheduling and allocating resources.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: Provide on-the-job training to construction workers and arrange for additional training as needed.
  • Set Up Equipment: Ensure that all necessary equipment is available and in good working condition.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the construction site.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Make recommendations regarding personnel actions, including hiring, firing, and promotions.
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement methods to meet project deadlines and work schedules.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that construction projects are completed according to plan.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Order and manage the procurement of materials and supplies needed for construction projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
