Job Title: Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Worker to join our team at Evardo General Contracting Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting with drilling and blasting rock.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Work Environment:

The Construction Worker will work on construction sites, which may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, and dust.

Physical Demands:

The Construction Worker will be required to lift and move heavy materials, work at heights, and work in confined spaces.
