Job Title: Logistics and Customs Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Customs Coordinator to join our team at Fed Supply. As a Logistics and Customs Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of shipping goods in consolidation for national and international trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with road and air carriers and international agents to define the necessary conditions for the shipment of consolidations;
  • Guide companies participating in trade fairs regarding the procedures to be followed for shipping their goods in consolidation;
  • Validate the conformity of customs documents;
  • Respond to members' requests concerning customs compliance and regulations for food products;
  • Audit carrier invoices and prepare documentation for billables;
  • Provide support for the small parcel shipping service and our shipping platform;
  • Assist the Director in the development of new services;
  • Promote services
Requirements:
  • DEC in transportation logistics or other relevant training;
  • Customer satisfaction oriented;
  • Bilingual (French/English);
  • Priority management and autonomy;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
  • 35 years relevant experience;
  • Knowledge of customs compliance;
