Banquet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Manager to join our team at Maharani Banquet Hall Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staff scheduling.
- Supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
