Banquet Operations Manager

Mirage Banquet Hall Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained in the banquet hall.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best food and beverage options for events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for catering and event services.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the banquet hall's services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a banquet or event management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple events and deadlines.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
