Banquet Manager

At Maharani Banquet Hall Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labour costs and optimize staff scheduling.
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with clients for catering and facility use, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Manage events from start to finish, ensuring timely execution and exceeding customer expectations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
