Key Responsibilities- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands
- Wrap and package prepared meats for display and sale
- Remove bones from meat and prepare special orders
- Weigh and grind meats as needed
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats for display
You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer demands.
Requirements- Experience in meat cutting and processing is an asset
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
