  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Grind meats
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or processing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Working Conditions:

The Meat Cutter will work in a refrigerated environment with frequent exposure to meat and meat products. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
