We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Madina Halal Meat & Grocery. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and processing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
- Cut and trim meats to customer specifications
- Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
- Remove bones from meat products
- Weigh and label meats for sale
- Grind meats as needed
- Prepare special displays of meats and seafood
- Experience in a butcher shop or meat processing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
