Job Title: Civil Construction Estimator

This position requires an experienced estimator to work with our Civil Team, responsible for all estimating aspects of the Tendering process. Key responsibilities include reviewing tender documents, developing competitive tenders, providing detailed estimates, building schedules, maintaining files, and participating in post-bid interviews.

Requirements
  • Degree in civil engineering or construction engineering;
  • Previous experience in estimating civil construction projects;
  • Experience in heavy civil pricing work such as cofferdams, shoring, road construction, bridge rehabilitation, in-water works;
  • Experience using estimating software and systems and capacity to adapt to new estimating software;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task;
  • Experience with TPL Estimating software would be considered an asset;
  • Advanced skills in management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
