Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Econo Liqour #6. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
