Job Summary:

The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, including scheduling and performance management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

The primary language of work is English.
