Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Services Coordinator to join our team at ILSC Education Group. As a key member of our student services team, you will provide administrative and advising support to current and future students, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the smooth operation of ILSC Vancouver and Greystone College Vancouver, including creating reports, preparing transcripts, and coordinating graduation.
  • Provide advising assistance to students on their study plans, extending to ILSC, GSC, or partner programs.
  • Assist current students with questions or concerns about non-academic matters, including enrolments, guidance on study plans, and supporting on any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support finance and accounting tasks, including scanning invoices, collecting payments, and coordinating required documents/procedures related to tax season.
  • Assist School Director and other managers with assigned tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English & Korean. Fluency in other languages an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven previous experience of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills.
  • Proactive with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain calm composure in a high-stress and high-volume setting.
  • Collaborative and adaptable.
  • A self-starter who works well individually and in groups.
Education and Experience
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Experience in student services/administration, preferably in an international environment.
  • Experience with student events and public speaking.
  • Sensitivity to numbers an asset.
  • Experience with social media an asset.
