We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Solicitor to provide expert legal advice and services in areas including commercial and corporate law, contract law, construction law, wills and estates, conveyancing, and immigration.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting legal documents, managing commercial transactions, and offering general legal advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and Review Legal Documents
  • Handle Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Financing Transactions
  • Provide Legal Advice in Commercial Law, Contract Law, Construction Law, Property Assessment, and Insurance
  • Manage Corporate and Business Law Matters
  • Oversee the Purchase and Sale of Businesses
  • Advise on Commercial Leasing Arrangements
  • Offer Legal Support in Immigration Matters
  • Maintain Up-to-Date Knowledge of Relevant Laws and Regulations
  • Provide Exceptional Client Service
Qualifications
  • A degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of five years of experience as a solicitor with a strong background in insurance.
  • Extensive experience in wills, estates, representation agreements, and conveyancing.
  • Proficient in legal drafting and providing general legal advice in commercial, contract, and construction law.
  • Solid understanding of corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and commercial leasing.
  • Experience in immigration law.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
