West Coast Reduction Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Transport Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at our Vancouver location. As a key member of our fleet maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance servicing on our commercial transport trucks.

The ideal candidate will have a valid British Columbia Journeyperson Commercial Transport Vehicle Certificate or an interprovincial Red Seal Certification equivalent, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial truck repairs or a similar environment. You will also be able to frequently move, carry, lift, push, and pull equipment up to 50 lbs without assistance and occasionally greater with assistance.

As a Commercial Transport Vehicle Mechanic at West Coast Reduction Ltd., you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment, including Kenworths, Peterbilts, and Internationals with Paccar engines. You will also be responsible for reviewing and discussing work orders with supervisors, and signing off repairs performed.
