West Coast Reduction Ltd.

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Transport Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at West Coast Reduction Ltd. in Vancouver, BC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance servicing on commercial transport trucks. Our fleet consists of Class 8 vehicles, including Kenworths, Peterbilts, and Internationals with Paccar engines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and diagnosing faults in commercial transport trucks
  • Repairing and maintaining commercial transport trucks
  • Performing preventative maintenance servicing on commercial transport trucks
  • Reviewing work orders and evaluating repairs

The ideal candidate will have a valid British Columbia Journeyperson Commercial Transport Vehicle Certificate or an interprovincial Red Seal Certification equivalent. Preference will be given to those with a valid Class 3 Driver's License and current British Columbia Commercial Vehicle Safety Inspection License or ability to obtain CVIP.
