We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at Aplin and Associates Inc. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Information Provision: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in database software.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to work overtime as required is also essential.
