We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at Aplin and Associates Inc. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Track and analyze customer feedback and complaints
- Communication
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Provide clear and concise information to customers
- Problem Solving
- Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
The Service Writer will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work overtime as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
